Albuquerque Coalition for Healthcare Quality Launches Medical Group Snapshot

The Albuquerque Coalition for Healthcare Quality launches Medical Group Snapshot, an online report that shows how participating Albuquerque medical groups are performing in specific measures for diabetes care, cardiovascular care, asthma care, and screening for breast and cervical cancers. This first version of Medical Group Snapshot is more useful for health care providers, providing benchmarks and information they can use to implement quality improvement initiatives. However, patients and employers can use the information in Medical Group Snapshot and the overall website to learn more about quality health care in Albuquerque.

Check out our news release, Frequently Asked Questions sheet, background information on the Albuquerque Coalition for Healthcare Quality, and background information on the Aligning Forces for Quality initiative. You can also view our Rules of Use for Data/Results in the "Medical Group Snapshot" to learn more about interpreting the results.
